Kay Brandeaux, Chairman
Kay Brandeaux is the founder and Chairman of Brandeaux. She has extensive experience in the
financial services industry having spent her early professional years working as an economic
researcher studying world economic cycles and evaluating risk and reward profiles of various
financial instruments. Since 1987 she has worked exclusively for Brandeaux. Kay was responsible
for creating Brandeaux’s residential ground rent funds in 1996 and extended the Brandeaux range of
funds in 1999 into UK university student accommodation.
Roger Boyland, Chief Executive
Roger Boyland became Chief Executive of Brandeaux in 2002 and has managed
the growth of Brandeaux from £300 million to £1.8 billion of assets under
management by 2008. Prior to joining Brandeaux, he was a founder
and executive director of Capital & Regional Plc, whose business included property ownership, fund
management and asset management of retail shopping malls and out-of-town retail parks. In 2001, as an
executive director of Capital & Regional Plc, he was involved in the creation of two property funds with
Morley Fund Management. During the late 1980s, he was involved in the formation and management of Centerpoint
Properties, a US Real Estate Investment Trust. He is a Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Adrian Perry, Head of Marketing
Adrian Perry is Brandeaux Managers Limited Head of Marketing. He joined
Brandeaux in 1999 and worked for Chancery St James, the Ground Rent and
Reversionary Property Asset Management Company. He later joined Liberty Living
plc, the Student Accommodation Management Team. In 2002 he moved to Brandeaux’s
sales and marketing team and works closely with Institutions and IFA’s around
the world in providing information and support on the range of Brandeaux Funds.
Robert McNally, Chief Executive, Brandeaux Administrators Limited
Robert McNally is Chief Executive of Brandeaux Administrators Limited, which
acts as administrator, company secretary and registration agent to the Brandeaux Funds. Prior to
joining Brandeaux in 2009, he was Finance & Operations Director of
Willis Ireland, part of Willis Group, a major global insurance broker. Before
that he held various senior Finance positions in Accenture, the global
management consultancy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University
College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Ireland.
Charles Marshall, Chief Executive, Liberty Living plc
Charles Marshall joined Brandeaux as Group Financial Director in July 2004.
In January 2005 he became CEO of Liberty Living, the Property Asset Manager for
Brandeaux’s student accommodation. He is a Cambridge graduate with 20 years’
experience as a chartered accountant and banker.
Richard Rawlins, Chief Executive, Chancery St James plc
Richard Rawlins joined Chancery St James in 2010. He was previously the fund
manager for Grainger plc. Prior to Grainger, he was the acquisitions director
for a London residential fund sponsored and operated by HSBC. He started his
career with Daniel Smith Surveyors who managed several large London residential
estates where he trained and qualified as a chartered surveyor.
